1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business or mailing address.
- Business and profile details, such as your business name, website, industry, goals, and social media profiles.
- Your answers and submissions, such as responses to questionnaires, quizzes, applications, intake forms, and program sign-ups, and any photos, videos, links, or other content you choose to send us.
- Booking details, such as the time you book and anything you tell us when you schedule a call.
- Payment details. When you pay us, our payment processor collects your card or bank details. We receive a confirmation and limited details such as your name, email, the amount, and the card brand and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Communications, such as emails, texts, and messages you send us, and notes, recordings, or transcripts of calls you have with us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
- Approximate location, at the city or region level, derived from your IP address.
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).
- Session analytics. Some of our sites use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use a page, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, so we can find what is confusing or broken. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default.
Information from other sources
- Advertising and social media platforms, when you respond to one of our ads, such as which ad you clicked.
- Partners and people who refer you to us.
- Publicly available information about your business, such as your website, public profiles, and reviews, when we prepare work for a call you have booked with us.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To provide our Services: deliver the programs, reports, plans, websites, and other work you ask for, and manage your account.
- To prepare for calls you book with us, including building custom examples and reports from your answers.
- To schedule appointments and send confirmations and reminders.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To send you information about our Services, including marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our sites are used and to improve them.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including telling advertising platforms when someone who clicked an ad becomes a lead or a customer.
- To protect our Services and the people who use them, and to comply with the law.
3. How we use AI
Some of our Services turn your written answers into a custom report, plan, website draft, or other work
product. To do this, we send your answers to AI service providers that process them on our behalf. These
providers are not permitted to use your information to train their models.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run our business and act on our instructions, including providers of website hosting (such as Netlify), databases (such as Supabase), payments (such as Stripe), scheduling (such as Cal.com), email delivery and email marketing, analytics (such as Microsoft Clarity), and AI processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and X, through pixels and similar tools on our sites and through conversion events we send them, so we can measure and improve our ads. These partners may combine this information with other information they hold about you. See Section 5 for your choices.
- People and partners you ask us to share with, or with your consent.
- For legal and safety reasons: to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of anyone.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Cookies, pixels, and your choices
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep our sites working, understand
how they are used, and measure and deliver advertising. Under some state laws, our use of advertising pixels
may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising,
even though no money changes hands.
- Opt out of advertising sharing. Email cyrus@realityshow.com with “Do not sell or share” in the subject line. We will stop including you in the conversion information we send to advertising platforms.
- Block pixels in your browser. Because pixels run in your browser, you can also block them by turning off third-party cookies or using a browser or extension that blocks trackers, by adjusting your ad settings with Meta and X, and by using the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Analytics. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings. Microsoft describes how Clarity handles data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send.
- Do Not Track. Our sites do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because there is no common standard for them.
6. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about bookings and
Services you asked for, such as appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message
and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition
of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional
purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service
providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as for as long
as you are a client or are in touch with us and for a reasonable period afterward, and as long as the law
requires for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, such as encryption in transit, access
controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely
secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you, and get a copy in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Opt out of profiling used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not make such decisions based solely on automated processing.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
We honor these requests from anyone, wherever you live.
How to make a request. Email cyrus@realityshow.com or call 1 (844) 385-6696. We will confirm we received your request
within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up
to 45 more days. To protect you, we will verify your request by matching information you give us with
information we have, such as confirming that you control the email address. You may use an authorized agent;
we may ask for proof that you authorized them.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with
“Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days. If you are not satisfied with our
answer, you may contact your state attorney general.

We “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context
behavioral advertising, as described in Section 5. We do not sell or share the personal
information of consumers we know to be under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for
purposes that would require offering a right to limit it. We do not disclose personal information to third
parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
11. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. Some of our programs are only for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child has given
us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where information is processed

and other countries. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be
transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Other websites
Our sites link to websites and services we do not control, such as scheduling and payment pages. Their
privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we
make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as by posting a notice on our sites.
