Mommy Makeovers

How Mommy Makeovers, kikiparker.com and Wild Mommy Makeovers work together: what each one is for, the three weekly shows and the shorts that feed them, and how one viewer becomes a regular.

What Kiki delivers

For new moms who miss feeling like themselves, Kiki helps them see they're still beautiful, even with a haircut, with a hair, face, closet and at-home routine that fits a mom's day.

Who it's forThe two moms we're talking to

The mom who disappeared

She had the baby, and somewhere in there she stopped being on her own list. She isn't looking for a model or a glam squad. She wants a real woman at a real table to show her the few things that will make her feel like herself again.

You'll know them because
  • Her last real haircut was before the baby, and her hair has lived in the same bun ever since.
  • Everyone else's needs come first: the baby, the house, the family. Her own routine is the first thing to go.
  • She saves hair and makeup videos at one in the morning and never gets to try them.
  • She hasn't had a night out in months, and she isn't sure what she'd even wear to one.
  • She would rather learn from a mom at a kitchen table than from a model in a studio.
The mom who wants her own thing

She's creative and she's tired of only spending money. She wants something that's hers and that earns, but she can't put money into stock or a shop, and she's had enough of the "get rich with a store" videos.

You'll know them because
  • Her notes app is full of sayings, designs or product ideas she has never shown anyone.
  • She makes things already (crochet, braids, crafts, baking) but has never sold any of it.
  • Money or a missing building has stopped her before, just like it stopped Kiki.
  • She has watched "start a store" videos, and they all felt like a pitch.
  • She wants work that fits around nap time, not a second full-time job.

The triangleThree corners. One flywheel.

Every brand we build is three properties. Once someone runs into you through any one of them, they understand you a lot better, and they move around to the other two.

Mommy Makeovers

mommymakeovers.tv

The show is Kiki's link to the world. She films three shows a week at her own table, one hour each, and they become the episodes on mommymakeovers.tv. Every hour is also cut into 10 to 15 shorts that run every day on every social account. The shorts get the attention, and every one of them points to an episode, her story or the store.

The shorts. Three series, one for each weekly show. She films one hour of each at her table, on her phone, and every hour becomes an episode plus 10 to 15 shorts.

Series 1

Kiki Reacts

Kiki watches mom makeover, hair, beauty and mom-life videos and says what she really thinks: what she'd keep, what she'd change and what she'd tell that mom. She talks over most of it and her face is on screen the whole time.

  • A viral mom glow-up: what she'd keep and what she'd change
  • Mom-bun tutorials, rated
  • Her own old photos, read with love

Series 2

The Kiki Makeover

Her own makeover, week by week, through the eight weeks of the Wild Mommy Makeover: hair, face, closet, move, kitchen, me time, date night and the reveal. She films herself doing it, misses included. No weight or body numbers: it's about routine, style and how she feels.

  • Week 1: finding her texture, and the three products that stayed
  • The ten-minute face, on a timer
  • Closet raid: five outfits from what she already owns

Series 3

Store School

She teaches moms to start a store like hers: picking sayings, making designs, putting products up, pricing, the first sale. Her real store on screen and her real numbers.

1 hour a weekHer screen + herOne tip per short
  • Picking a saying that sells: "Still beautiful. Even with a haircut."
  • A new tee up for sale in ten minutes, start to finish

The rhythmOne short a day at least, rotating the three series (about seven a week; there are 30 to 45 to choose from), plus one episode of each show on mommymakeovers.tv every week. Film each hour in one sitting at the table, so posting never depends on how the day is going.

Her own site: her story in her own words (the girl who did everyone's hair, the building someone else got, the haircut) and The Kiki Makeover in four steps: assessment, design, the goods, move. This is where a viewer stops just watching and starts trusting her, and where she teaches.

Wild Mommy

wildmommymakeovers.com

Where moms get closer. They wear the line that started it all, take the tote and the Date Night Notes out the door, and join the 8-Week Wild Mommy Makeover. Buying something is how a mom says "I'm one of you."

The flywheelHow one person goes all the way around

  1. They see a short. A reaction or a before-and-after stops their scroll.
  2. They watch the show. The short sends them to the full episode on mommymakeovers.tv.
  3. They get to know her. On kikiparker.com they read her story and her four steps, and it clicks: she's talking to them.
  4. They get closer. They buy the Still Beautiful tee, or take a founding seat in the 8-Week Makeover, on wildmommymakeovers.com.
  5. They come back around. They post wearing it, tag her and send their before photo. The best ones become the next reaction or the next makeover on the show.

Every turn makes the next one easier: more shorts bring more moms, and more moms give her more makeovers and stories to film.
