8 minutes. Press play and read along. Every file is a real person who raised their hand. This page shows you how to take one, work it, and hand it off.
A file is one person who filled out an application or booked a call on RealityShow.com. Every one of them wanted something: to be known, to have a show, to sell more. Your Files tab shows every file from the last 60 days, newest first. The job is to turn a name into a person who is ready to talk to us, and you do it by running the 9 steps.
Each card is one file. The top line has their name, their money tag, and the speed clock. Under it: their show idea in their own words, chips with what we know (their world, budget, reach, how long they have been at it, which ad they came from), then their phone, email and handle. If they booked, you also see the call time and a link to the plan we built for them.
That green, flashing card is an SQL. Read on.
The second they opt in, we run a soft readiness check on their finances. You never have to ask. It shows as a tag on the card.
Order of the day: open SQL files first, then the newest NQLs, then everyone else.
The clock on each card counts from the moment they applied. It is red until you tick step 1. When you see a red clock under 5 minutes, that is the file to open right now, before anything else.
Press Take this file. Now it is yours: your name is on it, it shows under Mine, and nobody else can tick on it. The rest of the team can still read it. If you cannot get to a file, press Release and it goes back to Open. One rule: never sit on files you are not working. An open file beats a taken file that nobody touches.
The buttons on the card open a text, a call or an email to that person. Always text and call from your Google Voice number. Text first, then call two minutes later. Something like: βHi Keisha, it's Dani with RealityShow.com. I just saw your application come in. Got a minute?β Then tick step 1.
Every call is recorded. Say it at the start. The steps for your phone or your computer are at realityshow.com/hire/record/.
Tap a step to tick it. Four of them tick themselves from the data, so you can see at a glance what is already true.
Step 10 is the one you never stop asking: if they have a time set, can it move closer? Today or tomorrow beats next week every time. Tick it when you have asked and write what they said.
Step 4 is the big one. Fame alone does not pay. Ask how getting known turns into money for them: a service, a product, tickets, a program. Write what they say in the note.
If they applied but have not booked, press π Text the calendar. It opens a text to them with the booking link and their name already filled in. On a laptop use π Copy calendar and paste it into Google Voice. The Links to send box at the top of your Files has the other pages: what we're talking about, the 14 days, pricing, RealityShow 101 for people who are not ready yet.
Under the steps is a note box. Write what they said, what they fear, and what is next: βwants to launch in January, worried about the cost, husband decides with her, call Thursday.β Every tick and note goes into the log under the card with your name and the time, so the closer and the team see the whole story. Team notes from the board show in yellow on the card.
Step 9 is your call. When you tick it, the page asks: should this person go to the closer? PASS sends them on. HOLD means not yet, and you say why. That is a judgment, not a formula. The card gives you the facts; you decide. That is why a human does this job and not a machine. Then the page asks for the note and emails it to the team. Write it in their words: what they want, what they are afraid of, how they would turn attention into money, who else decides. A good handoff note is what makes the closer's call win. Then the file moves to Done.
A call booked five days out is a call that might not happen. The longer it sits, the colder they get. So a big part of the setter game is moving calls into the next 48 hours. Every booked card whose call is more than two days away gets an orange box: how many days out it is, the open spots we have today and tomorrow, and a Text sooner times button. The text offers them those spots and gives them the link to move their own call. The β© Pull closer filter at the top shows only those cards.
Shown work is what gets paid. Your ticks, notes and recordings are your shown work. At the end of a session, your Mine list and the log tell the whole story by themselves.
