Project 00 · Weeks 1–2

Custom Business Plan & Delivery Schedule

Why this project exists

Before we put a single camera on you, we need to know what 'winning' looks like in your specific business. The plan locks in revenue targets, monetization paths for show content, and the calendar everything else runs on.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 90-min intake call
We learn your business — products, customers, current revenue mix, growth ceiling
02 Story angle identification
Story Producer maps the 3-5 emotional arcs your show could ride
03 Lead source audit
Incoming Traffic Lead identifies conversion baselines so we know what "growth" actually means
04 Approved plan + delivery calendar
The schedule everything else fits inside — drops, calls, production days

What you do

  • Show up to the 90-minute intake call ready to talk numbers, not just vision
  • Send us access to: current site analytics, ad accounts (if any), CRM, social profiles
  • Review the draft plan within 48 hours of receipt — flag anything that doesn't match reality

Personal Brand Build-Out

Why this project exists

Without a brand, every piece of content looks like noise. The brand is the visual + verbal system that makes everything you publish recognizable in three seconds.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 Content Team designs identity
Logo, palette, typography, treatment system
02 Story Producer crafts voice
How your brand sounds when it writes a caption, an email, a pitch
03 Social Media Lead deploys
Every profile, cover image, bio updated to the new system in one batch
04 Cohesion across surfaces
Anyone landing anywhere — your site, your IG, your podcast appearance — sees one consistent identity

What you do

  • Provide reference material: brands you admire, what feels right/wrong about your existing presence
  • Approve identity directions within 48 hours of each delivery (we can't move forward without your green light)
  • Sign off on tone — read the voice guide out loud. If a sentence makes you cringe, it's wrong

Project 02 · Weeks 4–7

Business Funnel

Why this project exists

Content without a funnel is entertainment. Content WITH a funnel is a business. The funnel is what catches the attention your show creates and converts it into revenue you can measure.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 Map offer stack with you
Lead magnet → tripwire → core offer → backend. Each tier has its own conversion economics.
02 Build the landing page
Single page, clear offer, one CTA. Designed for ad traffic AND organic traffic.
03 Email sequence (5 emails)
The follow-up that converts a lead who didn't buy on day one — within 14 days, typical close window
04 Payments + delivery
Stripe/Shopify connected. Fulfillment automated where possible.

What you do

  • Confirm offer details, pricing, delivery method — we can't guess these
  • Approve every funnel asset (landing page, emails, checkout flow) before it goes live
  • Be available to record any short videos the funnel needs (welcome video, founder explainer)

Project 03 · Weeks 5–8

Content Training

Why this project exists

We can't fly out for every shoot. The program only scales if YOU can produce content between our production days. This week is hands-on training so you can.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 In-person workshop (1-2 days)
You learn: camera framing, lighting setup, audio capture, hook-stack-payoff
02 Editing basics on your phone
CapCut / iMovie / whatever. We teach the 80/20 of fast editing.
03 Content calendar template
Two slots per week minimum, planned ahead so you're never staring at a blank screen
04 Practice run — your first 5 solo pieces
You film + edit + publish without us. We review and feedback.

What you do

  • Block 1-2 full days for the in-person workshop (no half-attending)
  • Buy the equipment from the checklist — it's under $500 for everything you need
  • Publish 5 solo pieces in the 2 weeks after training. We review.

Project 04 · Weeks 7–12

Ad Strategy & Growth

Why this project exists

Organic reach is limited. Paid reach scales as long as you control the unit economics. We use paid spend to put your best content in front of more of the right people — and we kill anything that doesn't return >2x ROAS.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 Top-content identification
We look at your last 30 days of organic performance and pick winners
02 Ad creative spinoffs
Best 3-5 pieces get spun into 10+ ad variants (different hooks, CTAs, music)
03 Campaign launch on 2 platforms
Meta + TikTok or YouTube (depends on your audience)
04 Weekly ROAS review
Scale winners, kill losers, never let a campaign run unattended for more than 7 days

What you do

  • Provide ad account access (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) before week 7
  • Approve creative + budget within 24h of delivery
  • Stay out of the day-to-day — let the Incoming Traffic Lead do their thing. Check in weekly during the Friday call.

Project 05 · Weeks 8–18

Short-Form Reality Episodes

Why this project exists

This is the show. 3-minute cinematic episodes published weekly, each with a complete emotional arc. Done right, episodes compound — each one inherits the audience of the last one and grows it.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 Storyline bible (3 months out)
Story Producer plots the arcs episodes will follow — character beats, business milestones, emotional payoffs
02 Production days (varies by tier)
DFY/Studio: we fly to you 4x. DWY: you fly to us 2x. DIY: you film, we coach.
03 Edit + scoring
Full emotional arc in 3 minutes — opening hook, midpoint reveal, ending CTA
04 Distribution
YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn — same cut, platform-specific captions

What you do

  • Be filmable — let the cameras see real moments, not staged ones
  • Hold the publishing cadence — even when life gets busy, missing a week breaks the algorithm relationship
  • Send raw footage from your phone between shoots — texture footage we can intercut

Project 06 · Weeks 12–20

Casting & Podcast Placement

Why this project exists

Your own content has a ceiling. Other people's audiences are the multiplier. Getting on the right podcasts and casting submissions exposes you to audiences you'll never reach organically.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 Media kit + one-sheet
Press Agent builds the asset every producer/host expects — bio, sizzle clip, stats, ask
02 Target list (20+ pods + castings)
Researched, prioritized by audience fit + booking likelihood
03 Personalized pitches weekly
Not blast outreach — pitches that reference specific episodes/calls
04 Pre-appearance prep
Talking points, stories, the 3-4 lines you want them to remember when you're done

What you do

  • Show up prepared to each appearance — read the prep doc the night before
  • Promote the appearance to YOUR audience so the host sees you bring traffic back
  • Follow up with the host within 48h — that's how repeat bookings happen

Project 07 · Weeks 14–22

Business Delivery & Process Buildout

Why this project exists

Views and followers without revenue is a hobby. This project is where we map the entire path from 'someone watches your episode' to 'they buy from you' — and automate every step that can be automated.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 Customer journey map
Every touchpoint: ad → landing → email → checkout → fulfillment → upsell
02 Automation sequences
CRM workflows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back
03 SOPs for your team
Once we leave, this needs to keep running — so we document it
04 Revenue attribution
Every dollar tagged back to the content piece that drove it. No more guessing.

What you do

  • Give us access to your CRM, email platform, payment processor
  • Have your team available for SOP review — this is when we hand off the keys
  • Approve the automation logic before we flip it on (no auto-emails to your customers without your sign-off)

Project 08 · Weeks 20–26

Network & Partner Shopping

Why this project exists

The whole 6-month program builds toward this moment. You now have a body of work, an audience, and a track record. The Agent takes all of that and packages it for networks, streamers, and brand partners.

Cause & effect — what each step actually does

01 Sizzle reel from best episodes
A 90-second cut that demonstrates the show's tone, the audience's response, and your range as talent
02 Pitch deck
Audience metrics, brand story, longform concept, episode bible, business case
03 Target network research
Which networks/streamers are buying in your category right now — and who the development execs are
04 Submissions + meetings
Active pitch process. Agent manages the relationship. You attend meetings. Deals are negotiated.

What you do

  • Show up to pitch meetings prepared — the Agent will brief you the day before each one
  • Approve every deal term before signature — these are real contracts
  • Don't go around the Agent to negotiate directly — that's how good deals fall apart
