The three sites, and why all three

Showsite Academy Storysite your world people come inpays for the showthey start to trust you
1 · Show siteyour reality show, episodes, clips. How people find you.
2 · Story siteyour story, your book, your why. How a stranger starts to trust you.
3 · Academyyour offers, checkout, calendar. How trust turns into a living.
Listen: the three sites, in one minute

The show brings people in, the story makes them care, the academy pays for the show. Take one away and it doesn't hold. The 14 days build the foundation of all three.

ExampleA stylist with a great show but nothing to sell is a hobby. A stylist with a great class but no story is a stranger. All three together is a business people can find, trust and pay.
In the real worldKanye West has a world. The show side: the documentary and the reality cameras, the clips everyone shares. The story side: the interviews, the lyrics, the why. The affinity side: the music, the shoes, the things people pay for to be closer. Oprah: the show, the book club, the network. Your world is the same shape, just starting smaller. The 14 days is an online launch: we build the three doors, then open them all on one day.

My 14 days

Why it's thereOne place that is always true about where we are. No chasing texts or emails to find out what is next.
Listen: what My 14 days is

Every task of the 14 days in seven phases, Get started to Blitz Day. Two boxes on every line, yours and ours; done when both are ticked. Every line has a ▶ Hear what this is box; every phase has ▶ Hear this phase and 🎬 An example story.

ExampleIt is day 3. You open the tab, phase 3 is open, and the next unticked line says "Personal web address agreed" with two choices waiting for your yes.
In the real worldA film shoot runs on a call sheet: every task, every day, who does it. My 14 days is your call sheet. Two columns, like a producer's checklist: what the talent does, what the crew does.

Roadmap

Why it's thereEvery page, ad and email we write comes from this plan. If the roadmap is wrong, everything built on it is wrong.
Listen: what the Roadmap is

The written plan for your brand: what you deliver, your ideal client, your method, your offers, your words. Built from your answers. Read it, fix anything that isn't you, approve it. Each part has its own audio and a diagram at the top.

ExampleIt says you deliver "hair that holds up to real life" for the working mom who gave up on salons. You change one word, approve it, and that sentence ends up at the top of your site.
In the real worldEvery TV show has a bible: who it is for, what it promises, how an episode works. Every business has a plan. The Roadmap is both, written for you.

Reality show

Why it's thereA season needs a goal, a date and a consequence before a single frame is filmed. This tab makes you write them down.
Listen: what your Reality show is

Your show: the title, the one-line season (you must reach a goal by a date or something is lost), how the business drives it, the shard of glass, your three meetings. Your taste goes in here too.

Example"Keisha must fill her new studio chair by December 1st or close the second room." That one line is the whole season, and the business is how she reaches it.
In the real worldA pitch deck. When a network buys a show, this is the page they read first: the title, the logline, the stakes. Shark Tank meets Bar Rescue is how a producer says it in one breath.

Lessons

Why it's thereEach lesson is the thinking behind a task. Read it first and the task makes sense; skip it and the task feels like homework.
Listen: what Lessons is

Short reads with a quick check at the end, in five groups: get known, your offers, show school, the anatomy of a show, your numbers. Pass the check and the task in your 14 days ticks itself.

ExampleBefore you record ten button ads, the lesson on quality versus quantity tells you why the first takes will be bad and why that is fine.
In the real worldFilm school in an afternoon. Lessons are what a showrunner knows and a first-timer does not: why the first episode has to hurt a little, why the audience needs a villain, why you post before you sell.

Messages

Why it's thereOne thread, nothing lost, and you watch it change color as we do it.
Listen: what Messages is

How you reach us. Every message becomes a to-do on our side: 🟡 new, 🟣 we're on it, 🟢 done. Use this instead of texting around.

ExampleYou write "the pink on my logo is too light." It goes yellow. An hour later it is purple. By tonight it is green and the new logo is in Files.
In the real worldThe producer's text thread. On a real set, the talent texts one person and that person makes it happen. Messages is that person, and the colors are the producer saying got it, on it, done.

Files

Why it's thereWhat you give us and what we hand back, in one place, so nothing lives in a text thread.
Listen: what Files is
Listen: the 20 photos we need

Your photos, recordings and anything you give us; logos, words and pages we hand back. 50 MB a file. This is where your 20 photos live: 10 of your face, different days, different light. It is one of the first things we need from you, so start below, right now, and finish on the dashboard.

ExampleYou drop 22 photos from three different days. We use the best one on your site, three in your bios, and two to make your opening shot.
In the real worldThe production drive. Every real shoot has one shared folder where footage, stills and cuts live. Files is yours. Nothing lives only on one phone.
❓ How to use thisMy 14 daysRoadmapReality showLessonsMessagesFilesLinksStats🌉 Bridge🔒 90 days🔒 PartnershipIncident reportsFeedbackContact
Start your 20 photos right here. Don't wait for the dashboard.

Whatever is on your phone right now. Go through your camera roll, your Instagram, your Facebook, your TikTok, and screenshot everything of you. Only you in the frame, no one else. Straight on, side, laughing, serious, different days, different clothes. Blurry is fine. Add as many as you can now; 20 is the floor, 10 of them your face.

Links

Why it's thereThe day something goes live you should find it in one tap, and so should we.
Listen: what Links is

Every address that's yours: websites, social accounts, link page, logins sheet. When something goes live, it shows up here first.

ExampleYour link page goes live on day 5. It appears here first, and you copy it into all four bios from this tab.
In the real worldThe call sheet's back page: every address and link that matters, in one place. Your website, your socials, your logins. One tap and you are there.

Stats

Why it's thereSo the decision about the season is made on numbers, not on how the day felt.
Listen: what Stats is

The scoreboard once your pages are live: visitors, sign-ups, buyers, what the ads cost. We read it together on Blitz Day.

ExampleBlitz Day shows 41 sign-ups, 3 sales and a $4 cost per lead. That is a yes. Four sign-ups at $40 each would be a different conversation.
In the real worldRatings and box office. A network decides season two on the numbers, not on how the premiere party felt. Stats is your ratings sheet.

Bridge

Why it's thereNobody should walk into a season without a plan they agreed to. The bridge turns what we built in 14 days into a season you can say yes to with your eyes open.
Listen: what the Bridge is

The space between your 14 days and your 90-day season. We sit down together and plan the season: what we shoot, where, with whom, the money, and which pieces you do yourself and which you hand to us.

ExampleYou can film quick clips on your phone and post them yourself, but you want us to plan and film the episodes, edit and run the ads. That split gets written down on the bridge, with the filming dates.
In the real worldPre-production. Between a network saying yes and the first day of filming, producers lock the locations, the cast, the schedule and the budget. Nobody walks onto a set without it.

90 days

Why it's thereThe full season sits behind the 14 days on purpose. You see it, but you decide after Blitz Day, with real numbers in hand.
Listen: what the 90 days is

Locked until Blitz Day. The full season: filming, episodes, ads at scale, and the agreement for it.

ExampleOn day 12 we ask yes or no. On day 14 the tab unlocks and the season agreement is there to read and sign.
In the real worldThe season order. A network greenlights the full season after the pilot proves itself. The 14 days is your pilot; the 90 days is the season order.

Partnership

Why it's thereGetting you on TV and into real deals is the goal the whole journey points at. For 6 months after your season we hold the first right to bring you deals, so we work to make every one worth it.
Listen: what Partnership is

Locked until your season is under way. This is where we take what we built and filmed and pitch it to networks, streamers, sponsors, joint venture partners and bigger companies.

ExampleYour season clip of the big launch day gets 400,000 views. We cut it into a show reel, take your numbers to a lifestyle network and to a brand your audience already buys, and bring both offers back to you before anything is signed.
In the real worldSyndication and sponsorship. A show that proves itself gets sold again: to other networks, to streamers, to brands that want to be in it. That is where a show becomes bigger than one season.

Incident reports · Feedback · Contact

Why it's thereThings break, people slip, and the fix only happens if it is written down. And we only get better if you tell us.
Listen: what Incident reports is
Listen: what Feedback is
Listen: what Contact is

If something breaks or slips, it goes in Incident reports with a date. Feedback is for what's working and what isn't. Contact is who you talk to and how fast we answer.

ExampleWe promised your logo by Tuesday and it came Thursday: Incident reports. "The lessons are long on a phone": Feedback. "Who do I text?": Contact.
In the real worldA real production has a safety log, a notes session and a line producer you can reach. Incident reports, Feedback and Contact are those three.
